Intri-Care was born from a deep commitment to serving the local community. Inspired by the rising levels of loneliness and social isolation across Merseyside, our founder—an experienced nurse with decades of service in both clinical and community care—set out to create a service that does more than care. Intri-Care is a response to a heartfelt need: to bring connection, dignity, and meaningful support to vulnerable people of all ages.
Since our launch in September 2024, we've been on a mission to make community-based support accessible, personalised, and compassionate.
To build a community where no one is left behind—where vulnerable adults and young people feel seen, supported, and empowered to live fulfilling lives through connection and care.
Our founder brings a lifelong passion for care, beginning as a childminder and later working as a support worker, carer, and registered nurse. With hands-on experience across hospital wards, homes, and community-based settings, their journey reflects a deep understanding of the realities families face—and a powerful desire to meet those needs with practical solutions and heartfelt support.
Behind Intri-Care is a small but dedicated team of qualified professionals, including Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs), Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), and care coordinators who bring a combined 32 years of experience in the health and social care sector.
Our community-based support is accessible, personalised, and compassionate — designed to meet individuals where they are, with care that respects their unique needs, circumstances, and aspirations.
